1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ck666 sigma platform and all its services. In these Terms, "Platform" refers to ck666 sigma's website, mobile application, and all related services. "Member" or "User" refers to any person who has created a registered account or is using the Platform.

Accessing ck666 sigma or using any of its services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If a member disagrees with any part of these Terms, they are requested to stop using the Platform immediately.

ck666 sigma reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on ck666 sigma, a member must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old — persons under 21 are not permitted to open an account on this Platform.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and associated benefits may be cancelled.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details fully confidential.
• Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ck666 sigma may request identity verification from a member at any time. The member is required to provide the necessary documents (National ID, passport, or other verifiable documents). ck666 sigma has the right to place withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Specific rules apply to financial transactions on ck666 sigma.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the Platform is ৳500. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for deposits. When depositing, the member must ensure they are using a mobile banking account registered in their own name.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. When making a withdrawal request, the member must have sufficient balance in their account and all wagering requirements must be met.

Transaction Restrictions

For suspicious or unusual transactions, ck666 sigma may request additional verification or place the transaction on hold. Money laundering, fraudulent activity, or use of funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Each bonus offer on ck666 sigma has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not cash; winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Another bonus cannot be accepted while one is active, unless explicitly permitted.
• If multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household use bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• ck666 sigma reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

ck666 sigma's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is provided at each tier based on the weekly net loss.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week, which is total losses minus total winnings. Example: if a Gold tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Regular play and activity must be maintained to move up VIP tiers.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck666 sigma and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Using another person's account or conducting transactions under another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting loopholes in the terms solely to withdraw bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Interfering with the Platform's security systems or attempting unauthorised access to servers.
• Creating accounts for minors or assisting them in using the Platform.

7 Liability and Limitation of Damages

ck666 sigma makes every effort to keep the Platform's services running without interruption. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. ck666 sigma will not be liable for any financial loss a member suffers as a result.

ck666 sigma is not responsible for any loss caused by a member's own error or negligence. If a bet or transaction is not completed due to a technical fault, it may be considered void and the relevant funds may be returned.

ck666 sigma bears no responsibility for the content or operations of third-party websites or services.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

ck666 sigma treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. Information collected during account registration is used solely for providing and improving services. Personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties without the member's consent, except where required by law.

9 Responsible Gambling Policy

ck666 sigma always encourages responsible gambling. Only persons aged 21 and above may participate on this Platform. ck666 sigma believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

10 Account Suspension or Closure

ck666 sigma may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Voluntary closure at the member's own request.

Before an account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw their regular balance, unless the balance needs to be frozen due to fraud. If you have a complaint about an account closure, please contact the support team.

13 Applicable Law and Final Provisions
